Engage in meaningful work within a Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, where youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, caring for newborns facing complex, life-threatening conditions. Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of recent NICU experience (Level III or Level IV preferred)
  • Current BLS, NRP certifications
  • Exceptional assessment, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multidisciplinary care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based, compassionate nursing care to neonates in critical condition
  • Oversee and direct assigned nursing staff to maintain high standards of care and safety
  • Coordinate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members for optimal patient outcomes
