Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent NICU experience (Level III or Level IV preferred)
- Current BLS, NRP certifications
- Exceptional assessment, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multidisciplinary care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based, compassionate nursing care to neonates in critical condition
- Oversee and direct assigned nursing staff to maintain high standards of care and safety
- Coordinate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members for optimal patient outcomes
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment in fast-paced, high-stakes settings
- Support and implement established protocols while adapting to individual patient needs
