This opportunity is for a skilled registered nurse with experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to provide specialized care for newborns in a dynamic hospital setting. As a NICU nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting vulnerable infants and their families during some of the most challenging moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill or premature newborns.
- Monitor infant vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare teams to implement care plans.
- Educate and support families regarding their newborn's condition and care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RN license with NICU nursing experience preferred.
- Proficient in neonatal resuscitation and neonatal critical care procedures.
