Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum one year of recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting
• Proven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate specialized care for neonates
• Knowledgeable in neonatal resuscitation practices (NRP certification strongly preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with families and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to neonates, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing ventilators
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Deliver education and emotional support to families throughout their NICU journey
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation according to facility protocols
• Adhere to infection control policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Participate in rounds, care conferences, and performance improvement initiatives as required
