Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Weekend rotation (every other at minimum)
- No on-call requirements
- Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks
- Holiday coverage: 75% of major holidays, as per resource team needs

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Compact or NC)
- Minimum of 2 years NICU nursing experience
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Comfortable with basic vent management, central lines, pre- and post-surgical care, tracheostomy/g-tube management
- Feeding skills: breastfeeding, bottle, gavage
- Proficiency with infant blood transfusions and venous sticks
- Experience with EMR systems (EPIC preferred)
- Adaptability to float to General Pediatrics, PICU, Adolescent Pediatrics, and Pediatric Hem/Onc as needed
- First-time travelers welcome!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized care to neonatal patients (23 weeks to term)
- Manage surgical and complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with medical staff, utilizing supportive roles such as NAs (1:20 ratio) and charge RNs
- Participate in departmental orientation and ongoing training
