Provide specialized care to newborns in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting, ensuring critical support for infants with complex medical needs. Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year experience in a NICU nursing role
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Proficient in neonatal assessment, interventions, and use of advanced equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear, compassionate family education
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care for critically ill neonates
• Monitor vital signs, recognize changes in condition, and promptly initiate appropriate interventions
• Administer medications, fluids, and specialized treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff to deliver coordinated patient care
• Advocate for patients and support the emotional needs of families throughout the NICU stay
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, infection prevention, and hospital policies
