Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, coordinated care to neonatal patients with life-threatening conditions following established nursing standards and processes
• Supervise and mentor assigned nursing staff, fostering a supportive team environment
• Effectively coordinate care across multiple disciplines
• Utilize advanced critical thinking and sound professional judgment in high-acuity situations
• Document and assess patient responses, collaborating with providers on care adjustments

Ideal Qualifications:

• Current, valid RN license in the state of California
• Minimum of one recent year of NICU experience, preferably in a Level III or IV unit
• Strong critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding clinical setting
• BLS and NRP certifications (required)
