Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Minimum of one year recent Level III or IV NICU experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and direct nursing teams
- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, high-acuity nursing care for assigned neonates in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff in delivering optimal patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, family-centered care
- Apply independent judgment and professional discretion during critical situations
- Accurately document patient status and interventions
