Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour night shifts, starting at 7PM
Required Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure
- PALS certification
- At least 1 year of Neonatal ICU or PICU critical care experience
- Proficiency in independently admitting and managing ventilated patients, especially using the Servo-U ventilator
- Skilled in both invasive and non-invasive ventilation support (heliox therapy, biPAP, CPAP, Bubble CPAP, high frequency ventilation, use of nitric oxide)
- Experience with Epic for electronic documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary support and care in a high-acuity Level III NICU
- Set up, monitor, and manage advanced respiratory support equipment, including Servo-U & Drager VN500, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, and Vaportherm
- Collaborate effectively with unit secretaries, techs, and multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a positive patient experience, aligning care with established guidelines and best practices
