Working in this renowned NICU, youll collaborate with a skilled healthcare team, encounter diverse workplace practices, and engage with dynamic leadership stylesideal ways to broaden your expertise and enrich your resume. State-of-the-art equipmentincluding the Servo U and Drager VN500, F&P Bubble CPAP, and moremeans youll stay at the forefront of clinical innovation.
Schedule:
- 12-hour night shifts, starting at 7PM
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with at least 1 year of Neonatal ICU or PICU Critical Care experience
- Current PALS certification
- Advanced proficiency with ventilator management (including Servo-U), heliox therapy, BiPAP, CPAP, nitric oxide, and high frequency ventilation
- Experience independently managing vented pediatric ICU patients
- Familiarity with EPIC documentation system preferred
- Ability to wear hunter green uniform as part of the dress code
Duties:
- Deliver advanced neonatal and pediatric critical care, including patient admission and ventilator management
- Setup and manage non-invasive and invasive respiratory therapies
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere strictly to unit-specific guidelines, policies, and protocols
