Working within a leading neonatal intensive care unit, youll engage with innovative practices and state-of-the-art technologies such as the Servo U & Drager VN500 ventilators, HFOV, HFJV, and heliox therapy devices. This opportunity will let you expand your expertise in advanced neonatal and pediatric procedures, collaborate with a seasoned team, and enhance your professional profile through exposure to diverse leadership and care models.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 12-hour night shifts (7PM start), providing ample downtime to immerse yourself in local attractions and experiences.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of NICU or PICU Critical Care experience
  • Proficient in independently admitting and managing vented patients (Servo U ventilator), managing heliox therapy (invasive & non-invasive)
  • Skilled in non-invasive ventilation (including biPAP and CPAP), Bubble CPAP, high frequency ventilation, and nitric oxide usage
  • PALS certification required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical care to neonatal and pediatric patients with complex needs
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced respiratory support equipment
  • Deliver patient-centric, compassionate care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Accurately document all care within the Epic system
  • Adhere to department-specific policies and the required hunter green dress code
