Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour shifts, starting at 7PM
• Flexible contracts to maximize work-life balance

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience in NICU or PICU
• Proficient with non-invasive ventilation tooling (biPAP, CPAP)
• Demonstrated ability to manage and admit vented patients using Servo-U ventilator
• Experience with F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, Vaportherm, heliox therapy
• Familiarity with Epic documentation system
• PALS certification required

Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care to neonatal patients, including vent management and heliox therapy
• Perform advanced neonatal and PICU procedures
• Accurately document patient care and outcomes in Epic
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to unit policies and hospital protocols
