Schedule/Hours

  • 12-hour night shifts (7PM start)

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to critically ill neonates in a modern, resource-rich NICU environment.
  • Independently admit and manage ventilated patients using the Servo-U ventilator.
  • Set up and manage heliox therapy for both invasive and non-invasive respiratory support.
  • Perform advanced neonatal procedures including Bubble CPAP, high frequency ventilation, and administration of nitric oxide.
  • Document care using EPIC.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Desired Qualifications

  • Active RN license and current PAL certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of Neonatal ICU or PICU Critical Care experience.
  • Proficient with Servo-U & Drager VN500 ventilators, Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, and Vaportherm.
  • Experience with Epic documentation preferred.
  • Professionalism and commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

$1,573 - $1,664/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
