Schedule/Hours:
- 4x12 hour day shiftsnon-negotiable
- 48 guaranteed hours per week
- Weekend shifts as required
- No call requirements
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Oklahoma
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
- Adept at delivering patient-centered care and upholding patient confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement care for NICU patients using the nursing process
- Maintain accountability for quality of patient care and evaluate outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize care delivery
- Supervise and assess the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers
- Adhere to professional standards and maintain patient rights
- Required to float to similar units as needed
