Schedule
- Night shifts (4x12 hours), non-negotiable
- 48 hours guaranteed weekly
- Weekend shifts as needed
- No call requirements
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Oklahoma
- Minimum 2 years recent NICU experience
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Proficient in using EPIC EMR
- Ability to float to other units as required
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care using the full nursing process
- Coordinate comprehensive care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Assess and monitor neonates, adjusting care plans as needed
- Safeguard patient rights and ensure the confidentiality of all patient information
- Uphold professional standards and comply with all facility protocols
- Supervise and support other direct caregivers, evaluating care effectiveness
