Schedule/Hours:
- Nights, 4x12 hour shifts per week (non-negotiable)
- 48 guaranteed weekly hours
- Weekend shifts required as needed by the unit
- No mandatory call requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Minimum 2 years recent NICU RN experience
- Proficiency managing neonatal patients using EPIC EMR
- Strong dedication to upholding patient rights and delivering care that aligns with mission-driven values
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently utilize the nursing process for NICU patient care
- Maintain professional accountability for patient outcomes and safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
