Key Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license (state requirement)
• NICU experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide holistic care across the neonatal spectrum
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform and document nursing assessments, implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Deliver specialized NICU care, responding to rapidly changing clinical situations
• Coordinate care among disciplines and delegate activities as appropriate
