Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) for an engaging contract role. In this vital position, you will provide compassionate, specialized care to critically ill newborns, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support the best outcomes for infants and their families.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent NICU nursing experience
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care to neonates with varying levels of acuity in the NICU
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and response to interventions

- Provide emotional support and education to parents and families regarding newborn care and medical procedures
