This assignment calls for a talented and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in NICU care. Youll deliver coordinated care to neonatal patients, applying your expertise to ensure optimal outcomes. In this role, youll not only provide direct patient care but also supervise and guide other nursing personnel, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure every child receives exceptional attention.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year recent NICU experience preferred
- BLS & NRP certifications required
- Strong assessment, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to independently exercise professional judgment and supervisory discretion
- Previous experience in a Float Pool or travel nursing is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based care to neonatal patients and assigned groups
- Supervise and direct various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues from other specialties
- Adhere to established standards of care and institutional guidelines
- Float as needed based on departmental demand, clocking in to the appropriate unit
