Schedule:
- Schedule will be provided; expect flexibility and rotating shifts to meet patient care needs.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff
Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated and compassionate care for neonatal patients according to established protocols
- Supervise and support assigned nursing team members, guiding care delivery with professionalism and empathy
- Utilize independent clinical judgment in dynamic, high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with other disciplines to create and implement comprehensive care plans
- Act as a resource for families, providing education and emotional support
