Schedule:

  • Schedule will be provided; expect flexibility and rotating shifts to meet patient care needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current, active RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting
  • BLS and NRP certifications required
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver coordinated and compassionate care for neonatal patients according to established protocols
  • Supervise and support assigned nursing team members, guiding care delivery with professionalism and empathy
  • Utilize independent clinical judgment in dynamic, high-pressure situations
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to create and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Act as a resource for families, providing education and emotional support
