Schedule/Hours
- Night shifts: 7p-7a
- Weekend rotation: every other weekend minimum
- Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks
- Holiday coverage: 75% of holidays
- No on-call requirement
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience
- Valid RN license
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Proficiency in ventilator care, central line, tracheostomy, G-tube, and gavage management
- Post- and pre-surgical management experience in infants
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to neonates, including infants with complex surgical or respiratory needs
- Employ family-centered and evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with a supportive teamincluding NAs and two charge RNs per shift
- Utilize EPIC for electronic documentation
- Float as needed to other pediatric units
