- Rotating shifts may be required, with flexibility to meet patient needs
Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- NICU experience strongly preferred
- Proven skills in holistic assessment, care planning, and documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and delegation skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic care to neonates and families, ensuring the highest quality in alignment with established standards
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Coordinate care among medical staff and delegate appropriately to other care providers
- Actively participate in shared decision-making and unit-based quality improvement initiatives
- Uphold clinical standards and promote a positive, supportive care environment
