This assignment offers the unique advantage of working in a NICU that cares for neonates facing life-threatening conditions, designated as Level III or IV by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current, active RN licensure
- Recent experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III or IV preferred)
- Proficient in neonatal assessment and emergency procedures
- Strong ability to lead, supervise, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
