Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment (specific scheduling details will be provided by placement coordinator)
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active RN license in California
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Level III/IV NICU
- Strong knowledge of neonatal nursing principles and critical care protocols
- Excellent assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care for neonates in a Level III/IV NICU
- Oversee and support assigned nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, coordinated patient care
