Serving as a Registered Nurse in a Level III NICU, youll have the chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, adapt to diverse workplace standards, and expand your clinical knowledge. Schedule/Hours:
- Night Shift: Four 12-hour shifts per weekNON-NEGOTIABLE
- 48 guaranteed hours per week
- Weekend shifts as required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Oklahoma
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records
- Ability to float to other units as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to NICU patients, guided by the nursing process
- Maintain professional accountability for all assigned patient care
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate care plans
- Assess and support the quality of care provided by other caregivers
- Uphold patient rights and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Adhere to all facility mission, values, and service standards
