This opportunity is tailored for Registered Nurses skilled in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), set in a dynamic, collaborative hospital environment. Youll work consistent night shifts (4x12s) with 48 guaranteed hours per week and the flexibility to float as needed, ensuring exposure to a variety of cases while further developing your expertise.
Schedule:
- Nights (4 x 12-hour shifts)
- 48 guaranteed hours/week
- Weekend hours as required by facility
- No call requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Oklahoma RN license
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of neonatal intensive care experience
- Strong clinical skills in NICU environments
- Adherence to patient confidentiality and rights
- Professional accountability for assigned patient care
- Comfortable coordinating patient care with interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to float to related units if needed
- Black scrubs required
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process for NICU patients
- Evaluate and coordinate overall effectiveness of care by direct caregivers
- Work closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive treatment
- Uphold patient rights and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Practice in alignment with organizational mission and service standards
