This travel assignment places you in a high-acuity NICU on a schedule that allows for meaningful downtime to truly experience all that Boston offers. You'll be working alongside leading neonatal specialists, expanding your resume with cases and technologies that few units around the country can offer.

Schedule:

  • 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week

Key Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure in good standing
  • Recent Level III/IV NICU experience
  • RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) required
  • Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) preferred
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes clinical environments

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor and interpret vital signs, administer complex medication regimens, and operate advanced monitoring equipment
  • Provide emotional support and education to families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold rigorous safety standards
