Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in California (or compact license if eligible)
  • Minimum 1-2 years recent Level III/IV NICU experience
  • BLS and NRP certifications required
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to supervise, mentor, and collaborate with team members
  • Proficient in coordinating multidisciplinary care

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to neonates with life-threatening conditions
  • Oversee and support assigned nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
