Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignments with flexible start dates

Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in California (or compact license if eligible)
- Minimum 1-2 years recent Level III/IV NICU experience
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and collaborate with team members
- Proficient in coordinating multidisciplinary care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to neonates with life-threatening conditions
