Schedule:

• Nights: 7:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m.
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association BLS certification
• Completion of the 2024/2025 flu vaccine prior to start
• Minimum 3 years of recent Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing experience
• Telemetry test conducted on the first day of orientation
• Prior experience with Meditech systems strongly preferred
• Recent travel nursing background required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care on the Med/Surg and telemetry units
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective treatment and patient safety
• Accurately document and manage patient records using Meditech
• Demonstrate flexibility with floating to similar units as needed
• Uphold infection control and hospital policies, including current vaccination compliance
• Contribute to patient and family education and communication
