Requirements & Qualifications:
- Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required for both units; CPI certification (can be obtained onsite) required for Unit B
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable floating between Units A & B as needed
- Proficiency with telemetry strips, chest tubes, trachs, PIV starts, PCA pumps, and medication titration (e.g., Amiodarone, Fentanyl, Ketamine, Dilaudid, Heparin)
- Ability to manage moderate to high stress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care on both medical and behavioral health units
- Respond effectively within a team-oriented, patient-centered culture
- Document care accurately in Epic EMR
- Mentor and support team members, ensuring high reliability and quality care
- Participate in floating rotations as needed
