Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required for both units; CPI certification (can be obtained onsite) required for Unit B
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable floating between Units A & B as needed
• Proficiency with telemetry strips, chest tubes, trachs, PIV starts, PCA pumps, and medication titration (e.g., Amiodarone, Fentanyl, Ketamine, Dilaudid, Heparin)
• Ability to manage moderate to high stress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care on both medical and behavioral health units
• Respond effectively within a team-oriented, patient-centered culture
• Document care accurately in Epic EMR
• Mentor and support team members, ensuring high reliability and quality care
• Participate in floating rotations as needed
