Job Description
Provide expert nursing care while leading a team to ensure the highest standards of patient care. This role requires delivering coordinated nursing services to assigned patients following established nursing processes and protocols. Employ critical thinking, professional judgment, and leadership skills to supervise nursing staff and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff at various levels.
- Coordinate patient care across multiple disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment in clinical and supervisory decisions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with care protocols.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Proven experience in delivering quality nursing care and supervising nursing teams.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
