Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license; Medical-Surgical nursing experience required.
- Proficiency in using Cerner OneChart for patient documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support patient and family education.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying patient acuity levels and clinical situations.
Schedule:
- Every other weekend on duty.
- No call responsibilities.
