Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical setting
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit
- Monitor and document patient progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform relevant nursing interventions
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies and procedures
