An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical expertise to deliver comprehensive nursing care in a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract role requires flexibility to float between departments and local locations within a 20-mile radius of White Rock, NM, providing essential patient-centered care.
Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document direct patient care. The nurse will ensure safe and effective care while collaborating with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Key duties encompass administering medications and treatments per physician orders or protocols, identifying patient and family education needs, and supervising Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and non-licensed assistive personnel. Compliance with unit-specific education, procedures, and competency standards is also essential.

- Valid RN license with Medical-Surgical specialty
