Deliver patient-focused care within a dynamic medical-surgical setting, supporting individuals during their hospital stay. Qualifications:

• Active RN license without restrictions
• Proven experience in a medical-surgical environment
• Solid assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and fast-paced settings
• BLS certification (required); additional certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and intervention
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established guidelines
• Document patient status, care plans, and interventions thoroughly and promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff for comprehensive care coordination
• Support patient and family education regarding treatments, medications, and discharge planning
• Respond effectively to emergencies and significant patient status changes
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
