Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 am 7:30 pm
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum one year of Med-Surg experience; ability to care for ED patients preferred
- Proficiency in managing inpatient hold environments
- Strong communication and rapid assessment skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving patient needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to adult medical-surgical patients, including those awaiting discharge or transfer
- Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized patient care in compliance with hospital standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Support flow and bed management, handling changing patient acuity appropriately
- Document thoroughly and communicate effectively during patient hand-offs

$2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
