Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts, 7p-7:30a
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license (multi-state or CT-specific)
- Recent experience in medical-surgical (MS) nursing
- Comfort with inpatient hold units and adaptable to high-acuity environments
- ED experience or willingness to care for ED patients is strongly preferred
- BLS certification (required), ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to inpatient hold and med-surg patients
- Respond effectively to changes in patient status, especially in diverse and acute scenarios
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with facility protocols
