Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend (EOW)
- Every other holiday (EOH)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid RN licensure and eligibility to practice
- At least 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
- Experience with telemetry and ability to read telemetry strips
- Proficiency in EPIC charting system
- NIH Stroke Scale certification (NIH)
- No artificial/acrylic nails; short nails required
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent patient care in a med/surg setting
- Monitor telemetry and promptly respond to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards
- Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families
