As a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical care, youll deliver direct, age-appropriate patient care, utilizing the full extent of your clinical knowledge. Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, direct patient care following the Nursing Process and department standards
- Adhere to all relevant state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Delegate and supervise tasks to appropriate healthcare team members, displaying proactive leadership
- Respond swiftly to changing patient conditions and participate in the implementation of care plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training (must be active or booked at assignment start)
- Experience in Med-Surg nursing preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
