Key Qualifications:

Schedule/Hours:
- The assignment features a flexible contract arrangement (details regarding shift times and duration provided during interview).
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for a group of assigned patients within a specified period
- Perform thorough initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in line with unit standards
- Deliver nursing interventions and adjust care plans based on continual patient evaluations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to promote information sharing and continuity of care
- Uphold patient and staff safety by identifying and addressing risks and reporting incidents promptly
- Collaborate with colleagues, contribute to team knowledge, and participate in departmental competency requirements
- Offer constructive feedback to peers and actively pursue opportunities for self-improvement
