Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Demonstrated experience in medical-surgical (MS) nursing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to efficiently document and interpret patient information
• Dedication to maintaining safety and infection control standards

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor vital signs, recognize changes in patient status, and respond promptly to emergencies
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within electronic health records
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
