Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license (state-specific or compact)
- Foundational experience in a medical-surgical (MS) nursing role
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communicator and collaborator
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and direct supporting nursing staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients, following established standards and using the nursing process
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team members
- Exercise clinical judgment, professional discretion, and leadership throughout daily tasks
- Implement care plans and adjust interventions based on patient needs and outcomes
