Key Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and guide assigned nursing staff
- Familiarity with using electronic health records
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and supporting interdisciplinary teamwork
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver nursing care according to the established standards and nursing process
- Manage a designated group of patients, assess their needs, and execute care plans
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing personnel
- Collaborate with multiple disciplines to plan and deliver effective care
