Schedule/Hours:
- 3 x 12-hour night shifts
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- Current state or compact nursing license
- Valid NIHSS, ACLS & BLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years full-time acute care Med/Tele experience
- Must live at least 100 miles from the assignment location
- Successful completion of any required pre-employment assessments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with licensing, certification, and training
- Perform thorough initial and ongoing assessments, including patient interviews and review of systems
- Document findings and nursing interventions clearly and promptly
- Interpret patient needs and adapt care for all age groups
- Execute admission assessments and charting per policy and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
