Make a meaningful impact in patient care as an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical nursing. Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid RN license in good standing
- Proven clinical experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing environment
- Proficiency in patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Familiarity with electronic health records and relevant hospital documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to a variety of medical and surgical patients
- Monitor, assess, and promptly address patient condition changes
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately
- Coordinate with physicians, therapy staff, and case management for optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information, interventions, and progress in compliance with facility policies
- Educate patients and their families regarding ongoing care and post-discharge instructions
- Adhere to established safety and infection-control protocols at all times
