Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, in good standing
- At least one year of recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience
- BLS certification (required)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Flexibility in adapting to new workflows and collaborative environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care on Medical-Surgical units
- Manage admission, medication administration, ongoing assessments, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary staff
- Educate patients and families, ensuring clarity and comfort during each stage of care
- Uphold infection control and safety practices throughout all activities
