Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel contract
- Variable shifts, including nights and weekends
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Proven ability to apply the nursing process and uphold high standards of care
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to supervise and mentor support staff
- BLS certification required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established protocols
- Oversee care provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff
- Assess and document patient conditions, implementing and evaluating individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional outcomes
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less-experienced team members
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards
