Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible scheduling, with set or rotating shifts available
- Weekend shift requirements based on full-time or part-time status
- Call may be required depending on patient census
Qualifications:
- Current RN license with Med Surg experience required
- Prior work in acute care settings, preferably including telemetry and step-down experience
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to Cerner documentation and Omnicell medication systems
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care across med-surg, telemetry, and step-down beds
- Respond to fluctuating patient needs, including occasional call assignments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary teamaccess to 24/7 pharmacy, phlebotomy, and hospitalist support
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication administration
