Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Recent experience in a medical-surgical setting

• BLS certification; additional certifications preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical floor following evidence-based protocols
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress in accordance with unit and regulatory guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health, and support staff to develop patient care plans
• Offer education and support to patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and post-discharge care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment in compliance with best practices and facility policy
