Qualifications:
- Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
- Proven experience in a Medical-Surgical setting
- Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and direct assigned nursing personnel
- Demonstrated critical thinking and independent judgment
- BLS certification (additional certifications may be required)
