Schedule/Hours:

In this role, you will:

• Provide direct, high-quality care for an assigned patient group using established standards and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels to ensure optimal patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage and coordinate patient care effectively
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment daily

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum one year recent Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) experience preferred
• Strong ability to supervise and delegate effectively
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• BLS certification (other certifications may be required)
