Schedule/Hours:

  • Variable shifts dependent on department needs
  • Flexibility to rotate between Unit A (General Medicine) and Unit B (Behavioral Health) as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with minimum 2 years experience
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (Unit B also requires CPIcan be completed on site)
  • Proficient in telemetry, patient assessment, and management of complex cases
  • Comfortable providing care on both general medicine and behavioral health units
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect patient care for a diverse populationranging from diabetes, GI, respiratory, and renal to memory care, developmental, and behavioral health diagnoses
  • Safely manage telemonitoring, chest tubes, PCA pumps, and medication drips (e.g., Amiodarone, Fentanyl)
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary support staff, including CNAs and hospitalists, to achieve high-quality outcomes
  • Participate in orientation and ongoing education to continuously enhance clinical knowledge
