Schedule/Hours:
- Variable shifts dependent on department needs
- Flexibility to rotate between Unit A (General Medicine) and Unit B (Behavioral Health) as needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with minimum 2 years experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (Unit B also requires CPIcan be completed on site)
- Proficient in telemetry, patient assessment, and management of complex cases
- Comfortable providing care on both general medicine and behavioral health units
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care for a diverse populationranging from diabetes, GI, respiratory, and renal to memory care, developmental, and behavioral health diagnoses
- Safely manage telemonitoring, chest tubes, PCA pumps, and medication drips (e.g., Amiodarone, Fentanyl)
- Work closely with interdisciplinary support staff, including CNAs and hospitalists, to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Participate in orientation and ongoing education to continuously enhance clinical knowledge
