Schedule/Hours:

• Full time, variable shifts (travel assignment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to assigned individuals or groups.
• Apply assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills according to the nursing process and established standards.
• Supervise and guide the activities of nursing staff at various levels, ensuring cohesive and efficient care.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
• Exercise sound judgment, critical thinking, and professional discretion in daily decisions.
• Document patient care accurately and timely using electronic health records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license in California.
• Recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing setting preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with nursing and allied health teams.
